Description

Designed for camping in tropical conditions, the Snugpak Jungle Sleeping Bag is ideal for campers, survivalists, trekkers or anyone sleeping out in hot and humid environments.

Constructed using Snugpak’s unique Travelsoft insulation, this olive green sleeping bag can be compressed down without compromising any of its thermal properties.

A Micro Diamond exterior layer provides waterproofing and an extra layer of comfort while a Paratex Antibacterial inner lining discourages the growth of bacteria, helping to prevent odours.

This sleeping bag is effective for those sleeping in temperatures around 7°C and above. However, if you are used to more extreme conditions you will find the bag effective in temperatures as low as 2°C.

Additional features include an integrated mosquito net to protect against biting insects, anti-snag zipper webbing tape and a square shape allowing you to open the bag fully to use as a quilt.

Supplied with a compression sack for ease of carrying and transport.

JUNGLE BLANKET XL

Warm, light, packs down small and when opened out it is plenty big to use as extra blanket, stuff into your sleeping bag for extra insulation or wrap around yourself whilst sitting around Camp. Always have one in my bag whenever I spend nights outdoors.

Great product as ever from Snugpack but i do have to question their temp rating of 7 degrees, a little over optimistic if you ask me.
It will be a great summer bag and really like the zip across bottom of the bag,great way to stay cool on a hot night.
Brilliant pack size and weight too.
Another good job from Snugpack imo.

Very compact and lightweight

Plus, it can be used as a blanket, has a mosquito net and you can combine with a linen.

Very good combination for a not super cold conditions.

This jungle sleeping bag is top dollar and does what it says on the tin. Perfect for SE Asian climate, inside a hammock under a tarp. Well pleased ;)

Light and small to pack

Very light, very small pack size, easily fits in the side pocket of my bag. Used on 3 separate occasions so far, once as a blanket and twice as a bag.

The lowest temperature I've used the bag in is 4 degrees Celsius. I'm a warm sleeper and sleep in my birthday suit, even when camping, I had to reach for the snugpak jungle blanket at the 4 degrees mark (yes I could have put a base layer on), the combo provided adequate.

I'm 6ft, broad shoulderdd and 90kg and there is plenty of space in the bag. Very comfortable and I like the feel of the fabric.

The mosquito net across the face would be useful for sleeping under the stars when the biters are out, but otherwise packs into a pocket. It did fall out and get tangled on one night of tossing and turning.

I've always liked snugpak for it's quality, being UK based and well thought out products. My only concern with the bag is the zip stitching, which in places looks a bit thin. Only time will tell. But for the price, you can't go wrong.

Bought it and tested in the garden would be ok for anything 10 degrees and above (I am a warm sleeper). Packs down very small and the rectangular shape is very nice!
