Delivery & Returns

COVID-19 Update (May 2021): We are currently operating a normal service and dispatching orders daily as per the times below.


All orders placed before 2pm on Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day, subject to availability.

Orders placed after 2pm on a weekday will be sent out the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive an email letting you know and this will also include any tracking numbers, if applicable.


  1. Standard Delivery
    For all UK orders, we offer FREE standard delivery which is usually sent via Royal Mail. This service normally delivers in 2-5 days depending on location.

  2. Next Working Day Delivery

    Next working day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm from Monday to Friday.

    Important: Orders dispatched on a Friday will NOT arrive on Saturday or Sunday.  The order will be delivered on the following Monday - as long as it is not a bank holiday Monday.

    Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the next working day. On a Friday this means the order will be dispatched on the following Monday for a Tuesday delivery - as long as the Monday is not a bank holiday.

Note: No orders are dispatched on Weekends or Bank Holidays.


International orders are priced during the checkout depending on the weight of your order. A delivery estimate will also be provided which depends on the service you choose.



As customers ourselves we know that being able to return items for any reason is very important.

Therefore we offer a 60-day returns policy which means you can return your items for a full refund (or exchange) within 60 days of receipt.

Returned items must be in the same condition as when received with all original packaging and labels intact. Please do not remove tags or discard packaging if you intend to return items for any reason.

The cost of the return will be paid by the customer.

If you want to return your item(s) for a refund or exchange, please email us at with the following information: -

  • Your name
  • Your order number

Once we have received this information we will confirm the return and you can return the items to us.

We recommend using a tracked service to ensure your items are returned safely.

On receipt of your goods, we will contact you to confirm your refund or exchange which will be actioned as soon as we can.
