Description

Nikwax Nubuck and Suede Proof™ is an ideal waterproofer for your nubuck and suede footwear and is available in both Sponge-on and Spray-on applications.

Waterproofing your footwear will maintain breathability whilst protecting the appearance, quality and texture of the suede and nubuck, increasing longevity.

The proof works after being applied to clean, wet boots by providing Highly Durable Water Repellency [DWD] that develops on air drying.

The proof can be applied by sponge by pressing the sponge applicator firmly on the footwear or by spraying-on from a distance of 5cm.

After 2 minutes remove any surplus proof and the drying process begins.

Always trust nikwax products

Similar to other nikwax sprays as normal it coated sparingly with a little excess run off. Didn't discolour or darken the suede and a walk through wet and partly frosted fields a couple of hours later proved it's hydrophobic properties were working as intended. It's fairly innocent odour in comparison to propelled aerosol alternatives that you can taste in the back of your throat 48 hours later. No need to use nikwax in a ventilated area and a simple hand pump spray.

Sprayed on the solution after a walk when the boots were slightly damp. The next day they had dryed and no water absorbs into the suede anymore it just runs off. Great product.
