The CPU Hat is a short brim boonie hat from Helikon that provides excellent protection against sun and rain and comes with an elastic drawstring with a stop to keep it securely in place.

Fitting perfectly on the head, an internal sweatband reduces unwanted sweat and breathable mesh tunnels increase air circulation. This is the perfect hat for hot and humid expeditions.

This hat washes well, used in cool weather running/hiking with warming sun, fluctuating temperatures, mild to very cool. Nicely comfortable for a large head, not feather light like a running hat but feels quality which also vents well. Have yet to try in rain but we have had so little.... recommended.
