Good reliable packs

Not the first time I've used the British Army Ration Packs. They are reliable and fairly tasty. Don't get me wrong, there's nothing "Gourmet" about them, but perfectly useable for all types of outdoor activities.

More than I bargained for

Food is food, and in a side by side comparison of the new rat packs Vs the major store bought alternative, this is cheaper, cheerier and arguably more rounded. We had some equipment failure so I can confirm these aren't too bad cold unlike the shop bought brand.

There's also loads in the bag. I thought I was buying 3 meals, a dessert and a couple of drinks. Didn't say anything about the spork, tissues, disinfectant wipes or any other little surprises. Highly recommend.
