We do our utmost to ensure all products advertised on our web site are in stock. If however we are out of stock we will contact the customer by telephone or email with the option of waiting for the product to be re-stocked, choice of an alternative product or a refund.
Online prices are only available on our website and will not be offered instore.
All goods returned to militarykit.com should be in their original condition, packaged and returned within 30 days. Please ensure goods are insured when returning and faulty goods should be accompanied by a letter stating the fault and preferred settlement e.g. refund or replacement. All returns should also include a copy of order confirmation or alternatively order ID / transaction ID.
If goods are being returned in exchange for a different size, please adhere to one of the following to cover return carriage:
• Enclose cheque for £6.50 made payable to NCAS Ltd.
• Enclose credit / debit card details - card number with expiry date, start date and
issue number (if applicable), which will then be debited with the amount of £6.50.
• Contact Militarykit via telephone with credit / debit card details in order for
£6.50 to be debited.
There is a 30 day time limit on any returns unless faulty.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
In the event of a parcel being damaged in transit, please retain the carton and contents intact. Call our Customer Service for further instructions on 0161 834 1818.
Please telephone before returning any items as collection of the goods may have to be arranged. If asked to return the item yourself, reimbursement will be made for postal costs.
If an item is not in stock, Militarykit will back order the item for you. i.e. hold the order until stock is available. In this event you will be informed either via telephone or email and given the option to cancel your order if the waiting time is not convenient. You will be kept updated on availability of your item and due date of stock.
We offer a full refund on items that are not suitable to the customer's requirements in order for you to buy with confidence. All goods returned however, must be in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
