The Snugpak MML 6 Smock was developed for military personnel and professionals such as climbing instructors and navigators and adapts easily to a range of operational environments.
This is a tri-layer garment that uses Paratex Micro as its outer fabric, with an internal layer of Softie Premier and a lining of Paratex Light.
These together provide optimal thermal protection against extreme weather conditions and cope well with temperatures as low as -10°C.
The MML 6 Smock is lighter than regular expedition jackets, and has water resistant zips to prevent leaks.
The Paratex Micro outer layer has a durable water repellent finish. Used with a base layer, water has no chance of penetrating to the skin.
The MML 6 will keep the wearer dry in light showers for long enough to change into a hardshell if required. In severe weather it can be worn beneath a membrane shell.
It comes with a handy map case pocket on the chest as well as a large outer pocket, and weighing in at only 720g is light enough to carry around in a rucksack.
From Alpine scrambling to skiing in Norway and tackling Canadian winters, the Snugpak MML 6 Smock provides flawless protection against extreme cold and hostile terrain.
